- Compensation decisions: Runbook records and explains compensation; it does not price workers or originate individualized wages from worker vulnerability.
- Worker economic integrity: Runbook does not charge workers merely to receive, access, understand, verify, or correct wages already owed; repurpose payroll data for discipline or vulnerability-based financial targeting; silently rewrite pay promises; replace accountable human escalation; or obstruct provider exit by withholding the record.
